A warm welcome every morning
The cozy lounge became a favorite spot for evening drinks, where we chatted with other guests. Our mornings began with good breakfasts that featured everything from poached eggs to homemade scones, thanks to the friendly staff. They treated us like family, our stay was nice. The location allowed easy access to Killarney's attractions.

A quiet, comfortable and friendly upmarket B and B with clean and spacious rooms, Nice garden surrounds and prxomity to Killarney was good - a few minutes to drive and around 10 minutes to walk to the town centre. Breakfast options were good and the serving staff very pleasant.

The location is marvellous, within walking distance of Killarney House Gardens. Area is local and just off centre of town, Yet close enough to walk to Ross Castle and the main downtown area. The hotel serves marvellous breakfasts and offers exceptionally clean and airy rooms with a television, a full bed.

A very friendly, and comfortable establishment for our stay. Well situated for the city centre, but minutes from the countryside. The room was large and well proportioned, the bathroom spotlessly clean and the hotel was well appointed.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to fellow travellers.

The staff were attentive. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with delicious homemade pastries and fresh fruit, setting a positive tone for the day. The room temperature was somewhat inconsistent, requiring adjustments throughout the night for comfort. A slight inconvenience was the distance to nearby attractions was nice, even though it was manageable. Altogether, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere and kind-hearted service.

Very Good location.
Our room needs up dating. Many features are old and do not function as they should. Carpet needs to be replaced in our room 217, the shower , I had great difficulty turning on the hot water.
